A dietician or a nutritionist will prescribe a specific diet or meal plan to their clients. Their job is to provide information and a step-by-step plan that is limited to nutrition. As a health coach, I believe that more information is not the answer to your health problems. Thousands of health theories and recipes circulate the internet; lack of information isn’t the issue. The heart of change occurs when we can identify why we don’t use the information we have. What behaviors and beliefs are standing in the way of you treating yourself well? Identifying those things is my job as your health coach. I’m happy to share my knowledge of nutrition as well, but my main priority is getting to the ‘why’ with each of my clients.

I believe that my clients and I are a team. I don’t use session time to preach, but rather to investigate on a deeper level about what motivates each person as an individual. Even within my curated course, we begin with inner work, addressing our limiting beliefs and self talk, before we even get into the food + nutrition aspects of health. The goal is never for me to tell you what to do, or how to live your life- but rather for me to facilitate you meeting yourself, so we can uncover the healthiest version of you together.

Each offering is valuable in its own right, but they may appeal to different prospective clients based upon where they are in their experience.

If what you’re craving is structure and a specific curriculum, then Rediscover You, my food freedom course, is recommended for you.

If you’d rather have a personalized experience in our work together, more face to face time with me, and flexibility around goal setting and implementation, then 1:1 coaching is the right choice for you!

I do not believe that being healthy should be exclusive to people with means. I do require a consultation before we begin a 1:1 program together, and if you have a financial issue with the price of the program, we can discuss it in person. Splitting payments up by month is always offered.

I ask that each prospective client consider what it means to invest in themselves. The more valuable a program feels to you, the more likely you’ll commit to it. But most importantly, you’ll be acknowledging your own value and the value of the transformation you’d like to experience by investing in yourself.
