We’ll finish our time together with two cooking classes, to practice being creative and connected in the kitchen.

We’ll take our mindfulness practices one step further, and begin to incorporate them in our cooking + eating rituals.
WEEK 7
Time for a pantry overhaul + lesson on economical, whole food grocery shopping! we’ll go through my kitchen staples, and learn about everything you need to have a vibrant, efficient kitchen.
WEEK 6
This week, we will do a very special exercise (passed down via my teachers at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition) called the Circle of Life. the exercise helps us look at our lives holisitically, identifying areas of our day-to-day that are imbalanced and need attention.
WEEK 5
We explore what physical fitness means for YOU. this week, I will lead you in a yoga inspired movement class, and we will explore what forms of exercise are right for you, in your body and in your life, by looking to the Ayurvedic Doshas as a framework.
WEEK 4
We begin to implement mindfulness practices, including establishing morning and evening routines that don’t center food.
WEEK 3
We get very comfortable with experiencing healthy pleasure, in all it’s forms.
WEEK 2
We dive into limiting belief work, identifying where we are holding ourselves back + telling old stories. we will learn to manage the comparison monster by assessing our relationship with/dependency on social media. together, we’ll do a digital detox, and find more grounding practices to replace screen time.
